It normally does not contain the original photographs or document files, so this health check examines the tree structure—not the records themselves.
How do I download mine?
- Open the website or program where your family tree currently lives.
- Find Tree settings, Manage trees or Export.
- Choose Export tree or Download GEDCOM, then save the .ged file.
- Return here and choose that saved file. OurClive will not alter the original tree.
